  1. let the origional frequency is F.Now we know that when source moving toward listener then according to doppler effect the frequency of sound waves will be
    f”=vF/v-b
    f”=340F/340-34
    as source is moving with 1/10 of speed of sound so we put 340/19=34,as speed of sound in air 340 m/s
    so f”=340/306=10F/9 ratio will be f”/f=10/9
