  1. The compound in option b is a 4 degree compound as it has 4 different atoms attached to its hydrogen’s position. The carbon at 2nd position is 3 degree while the carbon at 4th position is 2 degree.

  2. Option B is correct coz this is only compound which contain all four 1°, 2°, 3°& 4° c-atom as if we make the structure of this compound we will see that at carbon at 2nd postion is 3°while the carbon at 3rd postion is of 4°..thats why option b is correct👍
